Job Title: Survey Guide (2-Day Assignment)
Location: Troy, MI
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
Serve as a Survey Guide at Station B—one of the most critical roles in the process. You’ll direct participants through the survey steps while ensuring accurate data collection. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow a set process repeatedly without deviation.

Schedule & Pay:

  • 5/2 @ 9 am – 7:30pm
  • 5/3 @ 8 am – 7:30pm
  • Pay rate: $13/hr

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable standing for long periods
  • Friendly and upbeat personality
  • Ideal for candidates with customer service experience or college students
