Position Title: Team Leader – Enrollment/Eligibility
Pay Rate – $21/hour
Training Schedule: Mon – Fri 9:00 am- 5:30 pm EST
Hours of Operation: Mon – Fri 9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST
Duration: 12/3-1/15 (30 days, accounts for Christmas Day, New Years Day, and MLK).

Job Description:
– Support the supervisor by overseeing the performance of assigned staff and offering input as needed.
– Conduct training sessions and evaluate staff performance as directed by the supervisor.
– Contribute to the development and upkeep of processes and procedures within the team.
– Foster effective relationships across departments for seamless collaboration.
– Facilitate meetings when necessary to ensure productive communication within the team.
– Ensure staff members maintain up-to-date knowledge of the program.
– Provide the supervisor with comprehensive updates on various operational aspects including quality, training, policies, procedures, staff issues, case determinations, and appeals activity.
– Act as the subject matter expert in verifying and researching documentation.
– Draft or revise training materials and procedural documentation.
– Serve as a facilitator and team leader, delegating tasks and providing guidance and training in specialized areas.
– Manage difficult communications with external contacts for escalated matters.
– Demonstrate autonomy in determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
– Conduct quality assurance checks on team members’ work to maintain high standards.
