Pay Rate: $22.21 – $29.47/hr (based on experience and fit)

Join a growing team supporting the expansion of Print & Mail services and the implementation of a new eCommerce platform. We’re looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Tech Support who can provide strong application support and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide application and production support for existing and migrating clients.
-Manage and respond to ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
-Offer client training on features, applications, and best practices.
-Conduct follow-ups to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams to optimize services and processes.
-Analyze client workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
-Maintain detailed activity logs and administrative documentation.
-Handle scheduling and territory management independently.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
-Strong skills in application/software support.
-Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer networking concepts.
-Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication.
-Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Desirable Experience With:
-ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
-Supporting enterprise-level applications.
