This Technical Support/Project Manager Position Features:
Immediate need for technical support/project manager.
Job Summary: The Technical Support Specialist will maintain and support the Copperleaf application, including its configuration, ETLs, reports, and dashboards. This role requires skills in Java, SAS, Power BI, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Copperleaf application
Develop and maintain ETLs, reports, and dashboards
Work with the technical lead to support Copperleaf
Provide troubleshooting and technical support
Assist end-users with technical issues
Update and maintain application documentation
Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Java coding, SAS coding, Power BI, and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with application maintenance and support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
