Job Title: Technical Writer – Chemical Manufacturing
100%onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Savannah, GA
Key Responsibilities
Minimum of 2+ years of technical writing experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial environment
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety manuals.
Collaborate with engineers, process specialists, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.
Translate complex chemical and engineering concepts into clear, concise, and compliant written materials.
Maintain a controlled electronic document library with appropriate version control and document governance.
Review and update existing documentation in response to process changes, equipment updates, or regulatory requirements.
Support the development of training materials, job aids, and visual documentation for operational and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
