Monday-Friday

8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate:

$22.00/Hour (Negotiable depending on experience)

What’s a typical day as an HR & Recruitment Assistant? You’ll be:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, such as screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Purging I-9 forms and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scanning and creating files in the HR Drive.
  • Following instructions and completing tasks independently.
  • Reporting to the HR Manager and collaborating with other team members.
  • Handling physical demands such as lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and reaching, bending, and stooping.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruiting.
  • Demonstrate a solid foundation in HR practices.
  • Can follow instructions meticulously and work independently.
  • Are comfortable with administrative tasks, including scanning and digital file management.
  • Can meet the physical demands of the job and work in an office environment.
