Provide an exceptional client experience.

Resolve issues with customers as they are presented either upon discovery or in response to a client call.

Work exception queues identified by the system.

Resolve exceptions by completing documentation, submitting to the state , and or working with the clients

Request power of attorney (POA) From clients.

Complete title validation.
-
Monitor aged titles, calling clients on vehicle title status, updating title status is title vault.
-
Receive payments, including tax payments, from customers for vehicle registration and titling transactions.

Provide assistance to clients by responding to emails and phone calls from Clients.
Minimum Requirements:
-
High School Diploma/GED
-
3 years related experience
-
DMV, Title Clerk, Account Management, Auction/Automobile industry experience and Technical Client Service experience highly desirable

Must be able to handle multiple, competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail is essential • Strong computer skills, data entry
