This position is fully ONSITE in Torrance, CA
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: up to $28/hr

This role is ideal for candidates with call center experience, particularly with installing software applications in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, experienced in computer Wi-Fi networking management and have some background in automotive diagnostic scan tools.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes related to dealer diagnostic software. Additionally, you’ll provide technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring smooth software installation and configuration.
Your daily tasks may include:
Tier 2 Technical Support:
- Assist with escalated software installation and configuration issues (escalated from Tier 1 group).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries promptly.
- Ensure software functionality aligns with dealership needs.
- Monitor market feedback, identify hardware/software issues, track issues.
Vehicle Diagnostics and Reprogramming:
- Conduct on-vehicle validation of dealer software and tools as required.
- Collaborate on tasks related to vehicle diagnostics and software reprogramming.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, especially with experience in a call center environment.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Some experience with automotive diagnostic scan tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document processes and communicate effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience with enterprise-level computer Wi-Fi networking and configuration.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
