Immediate need for a VMS Admin Assistant. Experience working with VMS portals. (Vendor Management Systems)

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. – Ensured all data is entered weekly and timely into all VMS portals – Responsible for all scorecard/audit reporting – Worked in conjunction with payroll on amended/re-submittal of invoices and/or timekeeping – Prepared documents, reports, and presentations – Assisted Director of Field Operations with data entry of web-portal billing – Liaised and supported Account Managers to ensure client on boarding is executed efficiently – Maintained detailed and organized files – Performed closing activities as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma and 2 years admin/customer service; or equivalent combination experience. COMPUTER and SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS • 2 + Years Administrative Assistant experience preferred. • Proven success in delivering results through the actions of others. • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to persuade an audience. • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee AND customer population. • Excellent problem-solving and judgment. • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment. • Excellent analytical skills.
