Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Duration: 03+ months (Contract to hire)
Shift Timing: 6:00AM to 2:30 PM (M- F)
Job type: 100% onsite

Summary:
The day consists of unboxing copiers and parts, preparing copiers to be rolled into the shop. There will be bending, twisting. pushing and pulling. This can be light or heavy work. Very little of the day is sitting or standing around. Team lifting is required on anything over 50 lbs. We will provide training. No experience is required, just an ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment that is not 100% climate controlled. You will be in and out of trailers. Need people who can work the required schedule and have good attendance, is open to being cross trained.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing various warehousing tasks. Position requires ability to complete assigned tasks and handle multiple product
types.
Efficiently completes all activities assigned by warehouse supervisor or Team Lead
Responsible for maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness standards of the warehouse. Will be required to work at a rapid pace to meet
work deadlines.
Must have ability to learn various warehouse functions and processes.
Jobs can include shipping ,receiving, stocking order pulling, material handling, loading and unloading trucks. Can be required to operate powered and non-powered Material Handling equipment (Training can be required).
Responsible to adhere to all OSHA requirements (training will be provided). Ensures all paperwork is completed and properly processed.
Financial Responsibility: can handle equipment in value from $1. to $150,000. Meets appropriate productivity /quality standards relative to job responsibility as outlined by manager.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

Qualification:
A minimum of two years’ warehouse experience is required, or one year’s warehouse experience with our company.
Must have adequate reading and math skill, and ability to write legibly.
Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks including walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time and
ability to lift up to 100lbs. Must have ability to listen to direction, manage time and complete all work as assigned within established
timeline.
Must be a team player and have the ability to interact with fellow workers.
Typically, a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
Working conditions regularly expose individuals to conditions that could result in minor cuts and burns. There is frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners. Physical effort is required in the lifting of tool cases, and assorted equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, as well as the ability to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 700 pounds.
Frequent stooping, bending, squatting and kneeling are required to service equipment at floor level.
