Role Overview
Warehouse associate–focused role with a combination of administrative and floor work
Primary focus on paperwork, documentation, and performance tracking
Secondary responsibility includes physically moving equipment
Limited system/data entry; mostly manual paperwork
Requires ability to read, interpret, and complete daily and weekly performance tracking
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, or 1 year of warehouse experience with the company
Adequate reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to write legibly
Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
Ability to follow directions, manage time, and meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Ability to move objects on wheels weighing up to 700 lbs
Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling
Lifting of tool cases and equipment up to 75 lbs
Physically capable of servicing equipment at floor level
Work Environment
Warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation
Normal temperature and noise levels
Regular exposure to:
Minor cuts and burns
Chemical solvents and cleaners
Diversified work assignments
Core Responsibilities
Perform various warehouse functions including:
Shipping and receiving
Stocking and order pulling
Material handling
Loading and unloading trucks
Complete tasks efficiently as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Work at a fast pace to meet deadlines
Learn and perform multiple warehouse processes
Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided)
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly processed
Adhere to all OSHA regulations (training provided)
Performance & Accountability
Meet productivity and quality standards set by management
Handle equipment valued between $1 and $150,000
Participate in coordinated team efforts to meet department and operational goals
Perform additional duties as assigned
