Pay Rate: $16.78/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support waste management and warehouse operations. This is a highly active, manual labor role that involves extensive walking, lifting, pulling, bending, and twisting throughout the day. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, is reliable, works well in a team, and can also operate independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform waste management and disposal tasks

Walk extensively throughout the warehouse

Pull, push, and move materials and containers

Lift materials regularly (assistance provided for items over 50 lbs)

Bend, twist, squat, and kneel as part of daily duties

Assist other team members when needed

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What the Manager Is Looking For

Enjoys physical, hands-on work

Strong work ethic and reliability

Team player who is also comfortable working independently

Proactive attitude; willing to help without constant direction

Manual dexterity and comfort with repetitive tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Warehouse experience required

Minimum 2 years warehouse experience

OR 1 year warehouse experience with the company

Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Ability to follow directions and manage time effectively

Physical & Work Environment

Non-climate controlled warehouse

Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team lift for heavy items)

Exposure to minor cuts, burns, solvents, and cleaners

Moving equipment on wheels weighing up to 700 lbs

Frequent stooping, squatting, and kneeling
