Job Title: Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Portland, OR
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with warehouse operations and support other departments as needed. The associate will handle both shipping and receiving duties in a warehouse that supports the adidas campus. Daily volume is approximately 200 packages, managed by a team of 3–4 people.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving:

o Unload packages from common carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon)
o Scan tracking labels and stage packages
o Load packages into mail van and assist with unloading at adidas campus

  • Shipping:

o Assist with picking up outbound packages from adidas campus
o Deliver to warehouse, scan, and stage for afternoon carrier pickups
o Support freight receiving and prep as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred
  • 1+ year experience operating stand-up forklifts (Reach, Dock Stocker)
  • Valid forklift certification preferred
  • Experience using RF scanners
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs; team lift required for heavier items
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Physically able to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to safety in a typical warehouse environment
