As a Warehouse Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility in Torrance, CA. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. You will report directly to ourSenior Plant Director, and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and adherence to safety protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing products
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency
- Train and develop warehouse associates to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed

The
annual base salary range for this position is $88,400.00 – $126,500.00. Please note
that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers
various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope
and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience,
education and training, key skills, as well as market and business
considerations
YOU MUST HAVE
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment
