This Warranty Admin Position Features:
Review work order packets and prepare for warranty claim
Submit claims for all brands, job code each repair
Rents warranty claims
Get with branches on shorted for labor/travel adjustments prior to invoicing
Review forwarded/denied claims
Create shipment tags for warranty part returns and send to branches
Update tracking information to shipments in SLMS
Submit warranty freight reimbursement claims
Attend to emails/phone calls and assist branches as needed
Code company and vendor invoices to send to corporate
Set clearing for invoices/payments (time consuming- its line by line items)
Manage aging report, follow up on payment statuses
Follow up on pending FPI’s with branches
Install non company warranty registrations
