Job Description

COMPETITIVE PAY: $20-$25/Hr (Based On Experience)

We are seeking a skilled and window covering installer to join our team. As a window covering installer, you will be responsible for measuring, installing, and repairing various types of window coverings, including blinds, shades, and drapes. You will work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless installation experience, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and assess windows for accurate installation of window coverings.
  • Install various types of window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the installation process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep accurate records of installations and materials used.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in window covering installation or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of measuring and installation techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials, as well as climb ladders and work in various environments.
