AppleOne has partnered with a Construction company looking for a candidate who has done accounting for different construction projects, job costing, tracking project costs, revenue, and expenses for construction projects.

Must have strong Excel
Must have worked with a construction accounting software.

Knowledge/experience doing:

-Revenue recognition – Ability to recognize revenue throughout the contract, which is useful for long-term projects.
-Accrual accounting
-Change order management
-Retainage
-Break down project costs
-Job costing.
