The ACGME
Fellowship Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative leadership
and operational support for one or more ACGME-accredited fellowship training
programs while ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate
Medical Education (ACGME) requirements, institutional policies, and regulatory
standards. Serving as the primary administrative resource for program
leadership, fellows, faculty, and institutional stakeholders, the coordinator oversees
recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, educational activities, accreditation
reporting, and day-to-day program operations.
The ideal
candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with
exceptional communication and project management skills and the ability to
manage multiple priorities in a dynamic academic medical environment while
maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Salary Range:
$70,900.00 – 145,200.00 Annually
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related and/or
equivalent experience/training - 2-3 years experience coordinating
an educational program(s) in an academic medical center - Proficient with Microsoft Office
programs and web based applications - Presents and expresses ideas and
information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience,
whether oral or written. Actively listens to what others are saying to
achieve understanding. Shares information with others and facilitates the
open exchange of ideas and information. - Open to change and new information;
adapts behavior and work methods in response to new information, changing
conditions, or unexpected obstacles. Acclimates quickly to new situations
warranting attention and resolution. - Demonstrated commitment to
