A Day in The Life of an Administrator

As an Administrator in Operations, you will be responsible for operational support such as general administrative tasks like running various reports, maintaining customer information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the branch is compliant.

  • Conduct inventory procedures
  • Review return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material
  • Inspect condition of return material and placement of returns pending final disposition
  • Check inventory items and ensure they are consistent with Wesco Standards
  • Run credit memos when appropriate

Education & Experience

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • 1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred
  • 1 year of customer service and internal sales experience preferred

The expected salary range for this role is $21.50- $23.50. This is the salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance.
