Incumbent responsible for training of all Cadence, Referrals, Surgery Scheduling and Grand Central functions. Is independently responsible to assess employee competency. Additionally, is responsible for problem resolution, data collection, metrics regarding training effectiveness, and defining system protocols and procedures. Incumbent is responsible for appropriately training users on updates and new systems as appropriate, ensuring system accuracy, consistency and integrity. Salary Range: Hourly Rate Minimum $31.94 Midpoint $44.35 Maximum $56.75 Required Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to assess training needs, develop training and organizational development interventions and assess outcome of those interventions. Demonstrated knowledge of medical insurance plans and managed care in an ambulatory care setting Must possess high level skills with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Strong demonstrated knowledge of hospital related computer systems and procedures, and systes input/output impact on users Demonstrated knowledge of third party billing functions Three years of experience in training and development and presentation of training programs Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms Conditions of Employment: The University of California, Irvine (UCI) seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for the entire UCI community.
