Our client is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for a specialized lab buildout project in Pasadena, CA. This three-to-six-month contract involves overseeing a high-precision tenant improvement for a science facility at Caltech. The ideal candidate brings at least four years of general contracting experience and a proven ability to manage the technical complexities of sophisticated laboratory environments.

- Translate and coordinate project document information (Construction Documents, submittals, RFI’s) for field construction use
- Coordinate subcontractor work
- Coordinate and/or perform layout for self-performed work
- Track labor and quantities for self-performed work
- Order and track materials for self-performed work
