Amazon MGM Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon. In service of Amazon’s Prime Video customers globally, it is our role to produce and acquire content, including popular Originals such as The House of the Spirits, Mentiras, Deadloch and The Sticky. Within Amazon MGM Studios, the International Original Strategy team is seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join as a Content Strategy Analyst in Los Angeles, USA. This role will focus on content strategy for International Original series and movies on Prime Video. The analyst will work closely with senior leaders across creative development, production, business affairs, finance, programming, and marketing, and will have a high degree of visibility within the organization. We are seeking a candidate who has proven analytical skills and an ability to clearly communicate findings to senior management.

• Own and manage content tracking databases (e.g., Airtable or equivalent), designing views, automations and workflows that keep cross-functional teams aligned on slate status, deal pipelines and project milestones.
• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., QuickSight or equivalent) that surface actionable content performance insights, including viewership trends, title-level ROI and portfolio health metrics.
• Analyze viewership data to surface insights, identify trends and inform senior leadership decisions on content investments and release models. Be fluent in AI tools that accelerate insight generation and reporting automation.
• Evaluate content opportunities by assessing financial, strategic and audience engagement considerations. Audit business metrics, perform deep-dive root-cause analyses and make data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to continuously improve internal tools, processes and valuation models.
