Brookside at the Rose Bowl, located in Pasadena, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time, Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay:
$18.04 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and the walk-in cooler, by sweeping & mopping.
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
- Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and the exhaust system.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after closing.
- Performs other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant.
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
