Must have 2-3 years of Dispatcher or Scheduling experience in resume.

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Dispatcher/Scheduler to assist with staff and client support. Daily tasks consist of managing high volume inbound calls, responding to emails, coordinating appointments, inputting maintenance requests, dispatching field technicians, monitor and track job status changes, review service reports for discrepancies and inaccurate information. data entry, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. The Dispatcher will provide excellent customer service, serve as the primary point of contact for field technicians regarding non-technical issues and follow up with customers to ensure positive outcomes from start to finish for each project.
