Job Summary As the Senior Manager of GTM Strategy & Programs, reporting to the Executive Director, GTM Strategy & Operations, you will be you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of our TV partner products and managing their lifecycle programs effectively. This position requires strong program management & leadership ability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees. Comcast and Charter Communications will form a 50/50 joint venture that will bring our world-class Flex streaming platform, 4K streaming devices, voice remote and XClass TVs nationwide. You will want to join our innovative team, because together we will develop and offer consumers a next-generation streaming platform, with a world-class user experience and navigation and all the top apps, bringing more choice to the streaming marketplace. Comcast also will contribute XUMO to the joint venture, our free ad-supported service that currently delivers more than 200 unique streaming channels and features hundreds of free content choices. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Product Launches: Oversee GTM Launch Readiness: Monitor and empower cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for TV launches, including but not limited to contract status, channel mapping, MP timing, product specifications, packaging, marketing, and customer care. Develop and support GTM SOP and processes: Establish and refine standard operating procedures to facilitate the achievement of business objectives for the Sales Team. Drive the coordination of product and business teams on product strategy across TV, Stream Box and remote controls. Lifecycle Program Management: Monitor Product Roadmap Updates: track and manage lifecycle activities such as HW/SW changes, spec modifications, features, and OTA updates, by ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Drive TV Product Experience Monitoring & Escalation: Monitor product feedback and issues via various channels (product reviews, customer care, social media) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution. Coordinate app, content, and partnership implementations: Facilitate seamless coordination across Strategy & Ops, Marketing, Customer Care, and other relevant teams. Lead & Coordinate Team Meetings: Organize and lead various team meetings such as Weekly & Quarterly team meetings, GTM Readiness meetings, etc. Highly Preferred Experience: Proven experience in hardware/device GTM, product management, and program management. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experience in the consumer electronics industry or related field is highly desirable. Additional Information: Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA or Irvine, CA– 4 days/week & 1 day remote This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Relevant Work Experience 7-10 Years Salary: Pay Range: This job can be performed in California with a Pay Range of $107,553.78 – $168,663.89 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
