Job Summary Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the planning and designing of Capacity Augment jobs. Works with project team to design systems and determine project specifications. Inspects projects periodically to ensure adherence to project specifications. Prepares and maintains project documentation. Assists in identifying new service areas and resolving customer service complaints. Please note: this position is in office 4 days and 1 day remote a week at one of the listed locations. Job Description Core Responsibilities: Participates in the design, drafting, and documentation of broadband communication (HFC) systems using various design software packages. Reviews data to determine resolution for capacity/utilization related network concerns. Prepares files and coordinates work queues for our design business partner(s). Conducts design quality assurance to determine network design efficiency, data accuracy, and alignment with construction package specifications. Including design drawing(s), project BOM, and fiber splicing documentation. Reviews maps and documentation provided by construction after a construction project is completed. Updates and maintains system maps, keys, and design files for use by other departments. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education Others Relevant Work Experience 0-2 Years Salary: Primary Location Pay Range: Additional Range: This job can be performed in California, and Washington with a Pay Range of $25.06 – $44.75 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
