Prestigious Fortune 500 company in the banking sector is seeking professionals with active Series 7 certification to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist in Brokerage Services.

In this role, you will be participating in moderately complex support services related to addressing brokerage complaints, account management, operations, documentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address brokerage complaints and work collaboratively with customers to achieve resolution.
  • Execute financial transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate financial solutions.
  • Utilize Microsoft products and other relevant software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Active Series 7 certification or ability to reactivate within a two-year window.
  • Previous experience in brokerage operations and financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to clients.
