Human Resource Generalist position available. 2+ years recent experience with :

  • Providing direct support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Tactfully and responsibly handling sensitive employee information.
  • Facilitating employment-related processes for new and current employees.
  • Regularly track and manage record database for all personnel.
  • Tracking all sick, vacation and benefit accruals and usage.
  • Advising staff on leave policies and requests for time off.
  • Reviewing monthly benefits enrollment and eligibility reports to ensure accurate tracking of employee benefits eligibility, enrollments, and terminations.
  • Maintaining multiple tracking spreadsheets simultaneously.
  • Recruiting, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

Work in office 4 days, 1 day remote.
