Join our team as our new Human Resources Representative II where you will work with the commercial HR team and own core HR functions including being the lead on exit interviews, consolidating data, theming, and providing overall insight in partnership with the HRBPs into the reasons behind turnover within the function. On a monthly basis you will work with the team to consolidate metrics, build Ops boards and work with the HRBPs to capture important insights related to key talent actions. You will manage all of the core HR processes throughout the year, by developing timelines, action plans, workbooks, communications templates and working with the HRBPs to implement across the commercial functions. You will be the Leave of Absence (LOA) and Employee Relations liaison between the HR Center of Excellence (COE) and the HR Business Partners primarily working through accommodation requests and level 1 investigations, understanding the associate’s needs and work with them throughout the process, bringing in the appropriate resources (HRBP, business leaders, LOA team, ER team).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the Engagement Champion for the commercial team, partnering where needed in executing against engagement action plans, providing engagement insights and themes across the different commercial functions and making recommendations on countermeasures to be taken to drive overall associate engagement.

  • Conduct employee relations investigations and consult with managers and counsel on outcomes and next steps. Partner with internal employee relations COE on more complex situations and seek guidance and support where needed.

  • Report monthly metrics to HR leadership, partners with commercial HRBPs to ensure countermeasures are in place when not hitting targets, and drives/participates in problem solving processes as required to implement counter measures. 

  • Own the core HR processes such as immigration, LOA, Accommodations, terminations, exit interviews, Workday transactions, adhoc HR reporting and year end processes partnering with the HRBPs, and HR COE where needed.

  • First point of contact for associate questions and needs and work on cross-functional HR and business-related projects as directed.  

The essential requirements and skills of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience

  • Demonstrated experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement environments.  Analytical skills will be key.

  • Strong conflict resolution skills and a solid background in conducting investigations.

  • Convert data to information, then to strategy, execution, and sustain the change.   

  • A Human Resources background spanning all aspects of the discipline, including employee relations, learning & development, talent management, and recruiting.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $,80,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
