In addition, responsibilities include: equipment maintenance and replacement evaluation, PAC’s and RIS integrity, Quality Management, cost management and emergency response preparedness for the Diagnostic. Incumbent will supervise employees in Diagnostic, (make hiring decisions/recommendations, ensure appropriate training/development of staff, ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling, administer corrective/disciplinary action), appropriately communicate relevant Diagnostic Radiology information, and ensure policies and procedures are updated and conformed to.
