Job Details

This role’s main responsibility is to support multiple functions of the installation department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide install operational support working cross-functionally. Develop tools, enhance R Force adoption, coordinate initiatives for the Install Operations Team, and provide overall general support in an on-going effort to increase overall Install Operations productivity. In addition, responsible to plan, coordinate and administer compliance related work and programs.
Coordinate Install Operations processes e.g. pipeline management, budgeting, forecasting for all Install Operations channels. Also plans, coordinates and conducts compliance training for all company-owned retail locations. In addition, performs daily business system maintenance, reporting, data clean-up, and data auditing with a focus on data integrity and quality in areas that include but are not limited to payroll and safety &compliance within the Install and Operations Teams.
Review existing Install Operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead the development of reporting tools and templates targeted at improving Install Operations management decision making.
Assist Install Operations management with making informed data driven decisions to effectively administer Install Operations programming, e.g. Tech Map analysis, IPM/Service/Installer assignment, Install Operations compensation administration. Coordinate on[1]boarding and off-boarding tasks, e.g. data reconciliation, DAR creation, equipment procurement and overall HR coordination and logistics.
Lead the development, documentation, implementation and performance tracking for CORO locations (that can be leveraged by ARO) with regard to compliance-related activities including local permitting, EPA Lead Safe Work Practices, installation practices related to air and water management, PCI, building permits, safety, etc.
Plans and conducts audits, analyzes performance standards and develops measures of internal compliance. Creates reports on status of compliance and supports the development of corrective action plans.
Coordinates with CORO locations to ensure a complete record of all local business licenses, sub-contractor agreements and insurance are maintained as well continuing education is being completed.
Assists CORO locations with sub-contractor background checks and maintains/manages records that verify these background checks have been completed.
Plan and execute periodic field Install Operations webinars.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years professional experience in an Operations related role.
Proficient with MS Office suite of tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision/ direction.
Knowledge of CRM tool(s) (e.g. Salesforce.com) is a plus.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
