Job title: Loan Documentation Processor
Location: 1801 Park View Dr, Shoreview, MN 55126 – ON SITE
Anticipated Duration: 9 Months with a possible contract extension based on performance
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.38 per hour
Scope of work:
This position will be for insurance documentation review.
Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow-ups.
Receive direction from the Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals.
