Temp to hire position for a Logistics and Customer Service Clerk located in Los Angeles needed to work in East Los Angels on a temp to hire basis.

Process and input all customer inbound/outbound orders.
Coordinate special last-minute customer requests with Production, Receiving, Shipping and Inventory Departments in order to expedite orders as necessary.
Review the aged orders report from WMS every morning to identify orders that did not ship, then investigate and solve those issues.
Maintain a good relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner.
Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain corresponding files (Bill of Ladings, Manifests, OS&D’s, etc…).
Develop familiarity with other CSR’s accounts/customers in order to assist them when CSR is unavailable.
