Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform mechanical or measurement assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies. You will work with molding, turning, and dicing processes, ensuring precision and adherence to blueprint specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks including molding, turning, and dicing.
  • Follow established methods and sequences of operations to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while ensuring quality and accuracy in all work.
  • Report non-conforming materials and adverse manufacturing or equipment conditions.
  • Work independently while following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years in a related field (training provided).
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
