Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform mechanical or measurement assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies. You will work with molding, turning, and dicing processes, ensuring precision and adherence to blueprint specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks including molding, turning, and dicing.
- Follow established methods and sequences of operations to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain high attention to detail while ensuring quality and accuracy in all work.
- Report non-conforming materials and adverse manufacturing or equipment conditions.
- Work independently while following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Keep workstations clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years in a related field (training provided).
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
