Pharmacy Technician I – Inpatient Pharmacy – PT/Variable Updated: Mar 14, 2024 Location: Orange Job Type: Department: Inpatient Pharmacy UC Title: PHARMACY TCHN 1 Position Number: 40321818 Reports to: Pharmacy Supervisor 2 Working Title: Pharmacy Technician I Cost Center: Inpatient Pharmacy (427172) Bargaining Unit: AFSCME FLSA: Nonexempt Date Created: 12/21/2019 Job Code: 009283 Hours: 20 Shift: Part-Time/Variable FTE: 0.5 Position Summary: The Pharmacy Technician will prepare, package, document, and label drug products under the direct technical supervision of the Pharmacist. Performs all required data entry and filing associated with the process and performs functions related to drug purchasing and inventory control procedures. Technician will participate in the Pharmacy Department Performance Improvement projects/programs and collect data for workload measurements as needed or required.
