Postdoctoral Position in Infectious Diseases – Kim Lab 2023-2024 University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF08905 The Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is seeking applicants for a full-time, Postdoctoral position. The candidate will conduct research in HIV reservoirs and curative therapies in the context of humanized mouse models. Preferred qualifications: Familiar with techniques such as multi-color flow cytometry and/or mass cytometry, sterile technique for cell culture with BSL-2+ practices, qRT-PCR, sterile technique for bacterial culture, and animal dissection and tissue processing. Bioinformatics knowledge is preferred but is not required. The candidate should be comfortable working with BSL2+ biospecimens with HIV. A Ph.D. is required.
