As a Principal Administrative Analyst, you will configure Oracle setups in Procurement and Inventory modules, help users create test cases and assist during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), debug/triage production issues, maintain supplier/vendor database, troubleshoot system problems, act as a help desk for user related issues, process system approval levels, process workflow modifications to requisition and purchase order transactions, process payee requests, establish and run Oracle reports, manage various purchase order processes critical to the acquisition of goods and services, provide end user support and training, coordinate with IT and business on completing enhancements and bug fixes, and serve as a key resource in developing functional requirements and testing system updates.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and eight years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and six years of relevant experience; or two years in a MWD Senior Analyst classification.

Relevant Experience is defined as: Identify, define and document user requirements needed to develop and implement EBS Oracle Procurement Modules; Experience in Oracle troubleshooting and assisting end users with procurement requisitions.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
