Recruiter – West Coast, Join Our Client, an innovative aerospace leader with 75+ years of expertise! We need a dynamic recruiter with a Bachelor’s & 2 yrs experience (or GED & 6 yrs). Drive high-volume hiring for mission-critical operations!

responsibilities:
- Drive the high-volume recruiting process for non-exempt roles, utilizing multiple sourcing methods to identify diverse talent while managing real-time data in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to draft dynamic job descriptions, schedule interviews, and establish clear hiring expectations with a strong sense of urgency.
- Partner with HR to navigate compensation and onboarding, ensuring all hiring practices strictly comply with OFCCP, EEOC, and federal/state employment laws.
- Coordinate hiring events and build robust talent networks, acting as an inspiring ambassador to provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of Our Client and the aerospace industry, while acting as a mentor and leading enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
