Your Role on the Team Position Summary: The ICU registered nurse provides direct patient care, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, to assigned patients in the ICU units. The registered nurse is supportive, compassionate, efficient, detail-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills and who collaboratively maintains plan of care for vulnerable patients. What It Takes to be Successful Required Qualifications: All External Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Current California RN License Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS. NIHSS and initial Dysrhythmia Recognition within 90 days of hire. Minimum Experience: One year recent ICU/Critical Care or two years Telemetry Experience in an acute care facility.
