Day Time Tue 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial property location.
- Monitor communication channels, receive calls for service, and dispatch field personnel to incidents, maintenance issues, and/or priority situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Document incidents, service requests, and daily activity in dispatch logs and reporting systems, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel.
- Support access control and after-hours activity by verifying authorized entry requests, coordinating visitor or vendor notifications, and relaying relevant information to on-site staff.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting dispatch operations across changing conditions at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
