Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Day Time Mon 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document observed activity according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for unusual conditions, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Assist with access control duties, resident interactions, and after-hours concerns while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
