Day Time Tue 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor access points and activity at the location, helping to support authorized entry, visitor direction, and adherence to property rules and/or post instructions.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant updates regarding tenant concerns, disturbances, and/or after-hours activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
