Salary Range: Hourly Rate Minimum $19.88 Midpoint $23.04 Maximum $26.20 Required Qualifications: Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Minimum 3 years prior skilled food preparation/service experience Knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Conditions of Employment: The University of California, Irvine (UCI) seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for the entire UCI community.
