Description

As the RAD Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving execution, accountability, and predictability across a portfolio of analytics and Tableau dashboard initiatives. This role owns intake, requirement coordination, project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with Ambulatory Transformation & Performance (ATP) Leadership, BI Developers, Clinical, Operational and Administrative Stakeholders, ensures that requests move predictably from intake through prioritization, development, UAT and go-live. The Project Manager will ensure RAD work is delivered on time and aligned to operational priorities. 

While this is primarily a project management role, the Project Manager is expected to be analyticsâliterate and, when needed, able to help answer operational questions using existing RAD dashboards and curated data sources. This capability helps improve responsiveness to stakeholders and protects BI developer capacity. 

Salary Range: $95,400 – $208,300 Annual

Qualifications

 Required:

  • *      
    Project
    management certificate and / or quality assurance processes like Six Sigma or
    Lean or equivalent project management experience required.
  • *      
    5-7 years of
    experience in project or program management in healthcare, preferably
    supporting analytics, BI, operations, or technology teams. 
  • *       Experience gathering and documenting
    business requirements and managing scope. 
  • *      
    Experience
    running Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups,
    retrospectives). 
  • *      
    Minimum 2+ years of handsâon experience developing interactive
    dashboards, and visualizations using
    Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
  • *      
    Demonstrated
    ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and
    deadlines.
