The Department of Medical Education MD Registrars office at the Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) seeks to fulfill the position of Student Services Advisor. This position supports clerkship and elective scheduling for Doctor of Medicine students. Duties include: Manage the scheduling of medical students in the student information system. Create courses, distribute student performance evaluations, and compile enrollment reports. Work with clerkship and elective coordinators in the clinical departments to onboard medical students at affiliate sites, including processing of background checks and providing information for electronic health record access for students. Coordinate parking and meal card activation for medical students at clinical sites. Manage and update the course catalog for electives and selectives. Complete degree audits and advise students on degree requirements. Support the development of the medical student performance evaluation (MSPE). The hourly rate range for this position is $28.43 – $33.34.
