Job Summary Responsible for preparing tax and other related compliance for the company and its affiliated entities. Possesses knowledge of company tax and tax law. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. Job Description Core Responsibilities Responds to straight forward correspondence with governmental revenue bodies under little or no supervision. Prepares tax records for review. Prepares all or specifically assigned tax returns and related reports. Ensures that records, returns and related reports comply with all federal, state and local regulations. Assists in external tax audits. Investigates initial tax issues. Provides general assistance to Company’s Tax Specialists involved in a variety of taxation work, including research and analysis of key issues. Reviews standard tax returns and assists in the preparation of more complex computations. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education Bachelor’s Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience. Relevant Work Experience 2-5 Years Salary: Primary Location Pay Range: $66,265.76 – $99,398.63 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
