Role summary: The (USA) Designer Creative plays a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative graphic and motion designs that align with business objectives. This position requires collaboration across functions to build cohesive visual strategies, incorporating feedback to enhance performance. The role involves researching market trends, creating detailed artwork, and providing expert guidance to support business needs. The Designer Creative fosters strong partnerships, upholds company values, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring designs meet customer expectations while driving value and operational excellence. About the team: Our team supports multiple groups within the VIZIO organization by delivering creative solutions for campaigns across M&E and GM sales. We develop visually compelling pitch materials and engaging content featured across VIZIO OS. Additionally, we provide creative support to Partner Marketing, Editorial, and Branded Content teams as needed. Our efforts aim to build lasting relationships with sponsors, attract new partners, and uphold high visual and performance standards for VIZIO OS users. The team values collaboration, innovation, and maintaining excellence in all creative deliverables.
What you’ll do…
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to develop and align graphic strategies that support business objectives and seasonal plans.
- Create impactful pitch materials ranging from static to motion design and spanning a variety of different partners and industries.
- Provide expert guidance on design best practices and support implementation of business solutions with key stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company policies while fostering positive relationships and effective communication across teams.
- Embrace continuous improvement by adopting new tools and processes to enhance design quality and efficiency.
