We are looking for a sharp Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. We offer a great opportunity to further develop your accounting knowledge. In addition, we have great benefits with opportunities for growth!
Duties include:
* Verify invoices and process payments in a timely manner
* 3-way match freight bills and research discrepancies
* Bank reconciliations and journal entries to general ledger
* Assist with month end close, audits, and financial statements
* Other special projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting
* Degree in Accounting or related field
* Bilingual in Mandarin required
* Experience in the wholesale, ecommerce, or supply chain industries preferred
* Intermediate to advanced Excel required (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup, etc.)
* NetSuite ERP system experience highly preferred
