Your role as an RN Manager is multifaceted, requiring a combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to improving both patient outcomes and the working environment for your nursing team. A RN Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating leadership and supervision and coordinate/collaborating as a strategic partner. Being a patient advocate and help develop staff in ways that wil provide excellent customer service to our patients.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The RN Manager will work as a part of a close knit team to effectively manage budgets, emergency response and crisis management, technology integration and ensure there is ethical decision making. .
